New Frontier Financial Inc. makes it fast and easy for customers to apply for a home loan.

Here is how our simple, smooth process works.

  • Schedule a consultation.

    Your first step is simple, and that is to give us a call at (469) 886-8300. We will then be able to schedule your consultation. During your consultation, you will have an opportunity to learn about our mortgage process in detail and ask us any questions you might have.

  • We answer your questions and help you plan your next steps.

    At your consultation, you can ask us as many questions as you have, and receive the detailed, knowledgeable answers you are looking for. We work hard to make the lending process as transparent as possible.

    This is also your opportunity to learn about the different types of mortgages and which ones may be most suitable for your needs.

    If you have a challenging or unique financial situation, we can discuss potential workarounds and solutions with you for any obstacles you might encounter along the way.

  • You submit our easy online mortgage application.

    Next, you can fill out your mortgage application and submit it right here on our website.

  • We handle the appraisal and underwriting.

    You will need to gather documents to verify your income, credit, and more. For most applicants, the required documents include:

    • A copy of your driver’s license and social security cards
    • Your most recent 30 days of pay stubs
    • W-2 and tax returns for the last two years (unless applying for a non-QM mortgage)
    • Your most recent 2 months of bank statements (front & back)
    • Name and phone number of current employer
    • Check or credit card for appraisal fee (the only fee paid upfront)

    First time homebuyers will need these in addition to the above:

    • Proof of rent payment for the most recent 12 months
    • Sales contract on property if loan is a new purchase

    If you are refinancing, you will need:

    • Copy of survey (if available)
    • 1st page of deed of trust and copy of original settlement statement (Hud 1)
    • 1st page of current insurance or name & number of the insurance company
    • Contact information of existing lien holder and account number
  • You receive conditional approval for your mortgage.

    At this stage, you receive conditional approval on your loan and a loan commitment.

    We will explain the conditions for the initial approval to you and how you can meet them to close on schedule.

  • We submit documents as needed.

    If we require any additional documentation from you, we will let you know, and you will need to provide it at this time.

    At this stage in the mortgage process, we may also contact third parties to collect other documents.

  • You receive final approval from the underwriter.

    Once the underwriter has all the documents that are required, they can sign off on your mortgage. That is when you receive final approval on your home loan.

  • It’s closing time.

    Now it is time to finish up the last of the paperwork and pay any fees that are due. Then you can close, finalizing your purchase.

    All that is left is to receive the keys to your new home!
